Lynne Bard, President and Senior Consultant, received her Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation in 1990 from the Human Resources Association of Ontario. She earned her Bachelor of Arts with Honours in 1994 from the University of Guelph, majoring in Sociology with a minor in family studies & attained the Dean’s Honour Roll. In addition, she received her Myers Briggs certification from Psychometrics Canada and True Colors/Personality Dimensions Training and is a member of the Ontario Association for the Application of Personality Type (OAAPT).
Lynne has focused her experience working with businesses in human resources, recruitment, health, wellness, safety and operations management for over 25 years. Lynne has taken the lead role from recruitment to HR Solutions for her clients in a timely and professional manner meeting and often exceeding their expectations.

Brandy Douglas, Human Resource Consultant, received her Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation in 2004 and is an Honour Roll graduate of St. Clair Colleges, Human Resources Management Program. While currently completing her Bachelors of Human Resources and Labour Relations diploma online through Athabasca University, Brandy has continued to be involved as a Mentorship Ambassador, for the Guelph and District Human Resources Professional Association.
Brandy's human resources experience includes recruitment and selection, training and development, performance management, health and safety and wellness. Brandy’s experience includes assisting organizations in their redevelopment processes, aligning corporate goals, missions and values and assisting staff in finding their place within the redefined organizational structure. Brandy’s ability to identify core issues that need to be addressed, clearly outline the problems and provide realistic, achievable solutions make her invaluable to our team and to the clients she works with.

Jeff Hilborn, Business Development Manager – received his Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation in 1991 from the Human Resources Association of Ontario. He is a Presidents Honour List graduate of Conestoga College of Applied Arts & Technology, Business Administration Program with a Major in Management Studies. He was also awarded the Canadian Institute of Management Award for Academic Excellence while attending the College.
With over 20 years’ human resource experience, Jeff brings with him a wealth of knowledge and expertise related to his working experience which is weighted to the Manufacturing and Production support aspects of Human Resources and Health & Safety. Areas of particular strength include, Labour Relations, Health & Safety program design & administration, Morale & Retention improvements, Productivity improvements, Performance Evaluation systems, Supervisory and Employee training & development, Return-to-work initiatives, Claims management, Policy and Procedure creation, Group Insurance benefit design and revision. Jeff is active in the community and has been or is currently involved with Scouts Canada & The Navy League of Canada. He is also a member of the Guelph & District Human Resources Association.
