Lynne Bard, Senior HR Consultant, Psychometrics Qualified and HR/Management Coach


Lynne Bard, Honour’s BA in Sociology with a minor in Family Studies, CHRL, is a Transformation HR Consultant and Leadership Coach. As one of the top 20 coaches in Guelph, Ontario, Lynne specializes in mentoring and coaching leaders in organizations to assist them in their roles. Beyond Rewards and thehrcoach.ca were developed out of Lynne’s passion for HR and her love of helping others to succeed.   

Lynne is a high-performing, strategic thinking professional with more than 30 years’ experience in Human Resource Services in multiple sectors. Highly skilled at relationship building with clients and across organizations and teams. Adept at assessing needs, generating options and implementing solutions in collaboration with clients and stakeholders.






Patrick (Pat) Baccin, Senior Human Resources Consultant 


Pat received his Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation in 2019 from the Human Resources Professional Association (HRPA). He earned his Diploma in Human Resources Management from the University of Guelph, graduating with Honours. 

Pat brings with him over 20 years of experience in manufacturing and Health and Safety. Pat is able to support Beyond Rewards clients with Recruitment and onboarding, Compensation reviews, Workplace Investigations, Health and Safety and Policy and Program development and much more. Pat’s experience in the workplace helps him navigate client situations understanding both sides of the equation with confidence. 

Pat supports our clients as a senior investigator for workplace investigations. As a qualified Trainer, Pat provides workplace specific health and safety training and soft skilled training to our clients.

Pat is your go to consultant for all things HR and Safety.





Sarah Kedves, HR Support & Marketing Assistant


Sarah Kedves first joined the Beyond Rewards HR team in 2016, through co-op student placement with Centennial CVI. Sarah continued to work with Beyond Rewards HR following placement, as an administrative assistant. Through the years, Sarah has supported the Beyond Rewards HR team with policy and project development, training, and marketing initiatives. Sarah continues to provide HR support and assistance to clients, while managing our marketing department.


Melissa Meatherall, Bookkeeper & Administrative Support

Melissa is an experienced accounting bookkeeper at Beyond Rewards HR. With a keen eye for details, her responsibilities include overseeing the overall financial data and providing administrative support to our HR team. Her commitment to providing excellent service for over 20 years helps her excel in her roll here at Beyond Rewards HR.
