Lynne Bard, President and Senior Consultant 

 

Lynne Bard, HBa, CHRP, CES is a Transformation HR Consultant and Coach. Lynne is a high-performing, strategic thinking professional with more than 30 years experience in Human Resource Services in multiple sectors. Highly skilled at relationship building with clients and across organizations and teams; exceptional writing, presenting and interpersonal communications skills. Adept at assessing needs, generating options and implementing solutions in collaboration with clients and stakeholders. Well-versed in all facets of a Generalist Human Resources role from recruitment through the lifecycle of the employee; Senior Human Resources from HR Planning through Succession Planning processes with strong leadership, ownership and responsibility in achieving corporate business objectives.

Lynne’s expertise has won several awards of excellence in these fields lending experience & credibility to organizations with best practice solutions & processes that lend to the success of her client’s businesses. Lynne’s expertise in a multitude of sectors allows her to support clients across the country.  Sectors include but not limited to: Hospitality, Manufacturing, Automotive, Technology, Healthcare, Animal Services (Including Veterinary), Agriculture, Construction, Finance, Service, Professional and Scientific and Pharmaceutical.

Lynne specializes in mentoring and coaching leaders in organizations to assist them in their roles.  Beyond Rewards and thehrcoach.ca were developed out of Lynne’s passion for HR and her love of helping others to succeed. 

 

Krysta Palmer, Operations Manager, Lead Investigator and HR Consultant

Krysta Palmer is a dynamic, professional Consultant with over 10 years’ experience in Human Resources, health and safety, recruitment and workplace investigations and has worked with all levels of management.

Krysta provides Beyond Rewards clients with professional on-site and off-site HR Services from recruitment through to termination, health and safety, policy development, conflict resolution, outplacement services and workplace investigations. Krysta has experience coaching management on how to conduct successful and effective performance reviews with their staff so that the desired outcomes are achieved.

Krysta graduated with Honours from the University of Guelph in Human Resource Management. In addition, she received her Myers Briggs certification from Psychometrics and DiSC certification through Watmac. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Patrick (Pat) Baccin, Human Resources Generalist 

 

Pat received his Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation in 2020 from the Human Resources Professional Association (HRPA). he earned his Diploma in Human Resources Management from the University of Guelph, graduating with Honours. 

Pat brings with him over 20 years of experience in manufacturing and Health and Safety. Pat is able to support Beyond Rewards clients with Recruitment and onboarding, Compensation reviews, Workplace Investigations, Health and Safety and Policy and Program development. 

Pat is currently obtaining his Private Investigation License to further support our clients with workplace investigations. 

 

 

 

 

 

 Brenna Thomson, Human Resources Support/Generalist  

Beyond Rewards HR would like to welcome the newest member of our HR team, We are thrilled to have Brenna onboard! 

Brenna earned her Honours Bachelor of Arts in 2019 from Wilfrid Laurier University, majoring in Sociology. In addition, Brenna graduated from Georgian College with her graduate certificate in Human Resources Management with Honours and attained the Dean's Honour Roll. 

Brenna provides Beyond Rewards clients with professional HR services from Recruitment, Policy and Program Development, Compensation Reviews and more.

 

 

 

 

 

 

  

 Sarah Kedves, Human Resources Support  

 

Sarah came to Beyond Rewards HR from her High School Co-op program and then worked with us during the summer. Once Sarah completed her High school she was hired full time as a HR Admin Support. 

Sarah has worked with Beyond Rewards for 5 years and is a valued member of our team. Sarah supports our clients with Recruitment, Policy and Program Development, and article writing. Sarah also supports the Beyond Rewards team with projects and internal development. 

Sarah is currently working part time with us as she continues to pursue her education.
