Pat received his Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation in 2019 from the Human Resources Professional Association (HRPA). He earned his Diploma in Human Resources Management from the University of Guelph, graduating with Honours.
Pat brings with him over 20 years of experience in manufacturing and Health and Safety. Pat is able to support Beyond Rewards clients with Recruitment and onboarding, Compensation reviews, Workplace Investigations, Health and Safety and Policy and Program development and much more. Pat’s experience in the workplace helps him navigate client situations understanding both sides of the equation with confidence.
Pat supports our clients as a senior investigator for workplace investigations. As a qualified Trainer, Pat provides workplace specific health and safety training and soft skilled training to our clients.
