Customer Service Standard - Lunch Time Info Sessions Series

This overview will be presented by Accessibility Experts who will provide you with the groundwork for you to develop your work plan to compliance. From this exercise you will be able to determine the level of training required for your organization along with the level of compliance required to be compliant. Organizations with one (1) or more employees are required to be rolled out and complied with over the coming years. The Ontario Government wants all of Ontario to be compliant with all 5 standards by 2025.

You will come away from the event understanding the complexity of the standard and be able to implement a work plan outlining the training requirements you need in order to develop, implement and interpret the following:

  • Service animals and support people
  • Notice of disruptions in service to people with disabilities
  • Training for staff
  • Policies, practices and procedures, checklists and more!
  • Feedback process and reporting requirements
