Make sure you are compliant with Bill 168 – Violence and Harassment in the Workplace? You have a yearly obligation under the Health and Safety Act to review your policies and program and train your staff. A re-assessment may be required if you have changes to the physical environment or have had an incident of violence or harassment in the workplace.

What does this mean for Ontario employers? Not complying with the new requirements could result in fines from the Ministry of Labour (MOL) of up to $500,000 for an organization, or up to $25,000 and/or jail time for an individual. Click here for a checklist on becoming compliant.

Career Development

Career Development Planning is a life-long process. It is like writing a business plan about you that is always changing and updated with new directions and new ideas. At Beyond Rewards Inc. we can assist you in getting started on this journey. Look honestly at your goals, your life journey, your strengths and your weaknesses. Identify what motivates you and what de-motivates you! Learn to set achievable, realistic objectives and reasonable limits for yourself. Identify if you need a career change or need to change things about your current career choice. Career changes should be for positive reasons.

All of these things and more will be explored in your Career Development Planning Session. A pre-assessment worksheet will be assigned to you to completed prior to your session as well as an online assessment.

Career Development Session with Assessment and 2 hours Counseling Session
Sometimes we need to talk about our choices and career path in more detail. If this is the case, this session is for you. An assessment, pre-assessment worksheet and either 4 half hour or 2 – one hour sessions will be scheduled to review the results of the assessment, your pre-assessment worksheet and provide you with the tools to continue the journey of self discovery. Each session we will review the progress you have made. Touch points via phone or email (up to 3) are included in this price.

Career Development Session with Assessment and 1 hour Counseling Session
