Employee Reliability Index®
The purpose of the ERI is to assist employers in their efforts to hire reliable and productive employees. It was designed to be used where production deviance, property deviance, and unplanned and uncontrolled turnover are important job concerns. Accordingly, the ERI should be used where such behaviours are related to job performance in the positions in which the applicant is being considered. Scales include: Freedom from Disrupted Job Performance, Courtesy, Emotional Maturity, Conscientiousness, Trustworthiness, Long Term Job Committment, and Safe Job Performance.
